The Circle of Security

The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is an early intervention program that strengthen the parent-child relationship. Grounded in decades of research into attachment theory, it helps parents and caregivers to recognise and understand their child’s needs and behaviours and learn new ways to connect with their child.

Who It’s For?

This program is for parents and carers of children aged 0 - 9 years who want to build a strong and secure bond with their child or children.

This course can be beneficial for:

  • Single parents

  • First-time parents

  • Parents with limited support networks

  • Carers who are a non-biological parent for the child

What We Help?

Our trained facilitators will support you in recognising how children signal their need for connection and emotional support and how to respond effectively.

  2. Learn to identify your child’s behavioral cues and how to respond effectively

  3. Support your child’s ability to manage emotions

  4. Promote the development of healthy self-esteem

  5. Build a warmer, more nurturing relationship with your child
