Community Programs

We Connect & Grow partners with schools, early learning centres, local councils, community centres, family services and organisations to deliver high-quality, culturally inclusive, evidence-based parenting and wellbeing programs.

Our programs are offered face-to-face in your community, tailored to meet the unique needs of parents and families from diverse backgrounds. We value and respect cultural differences, and create safe, welcoming spaces for all.

Example Package 1

Circle of Security Parenting Program

An evidence-based program for parents of children aged 0–12, supporting stronger parent–child relationships and secure attachment. The program is culturally adapted to meet community needs, and parents receive a certificate upon completion.

Group size:6–8 participants

Location: Early Learning Centre

Duration:2hours per week, Mondays 10am–12pm, for 8 weeks during the school term

Package Price: Funded by Early Learning Centre

(includes learning materials, workbook, and morning tea)

Example Package 2

Together We Parent

A unique parenting program that values cultural pride and community strengths while aligning with Australian life. Parents are supported to share challenges, celebrate differences, and build confidence in raising children with both cultural identity and belonging.

Group size: 6–8 participants

Location: Community Centre / Hub

Duration: 2 hours per week, Wednesdays 10am–12pm, for 8 weeks during the school term

Package Price: Funded by Family Services

(includes learning materials, resources, and morning tea)

Example Package 3

Culturally Inclusive Group Wellbeing Circles

Small group sessions designed for multicultural communities, focusing on self-care, mindfulness, emotional regulation, peer support, and cultural pride. Parents gain resilience, connection, and a safe space to thrive alongside their children.

Group size: Flexible based on need

Location: Local library

Duration: 2 hours per week, Tuesdays 10am–12pm, for 6 weeks during the school term

Package Price: Funded by Local Council

(includes halal morning tea)
