Tuning Into Kids (Ages 3–10）

Tuning in to Kids® is a is a suite of globally recognised evidence-based parenting programs, teaches adults how to use an emotion coaching way of interacting with children. The program supports those in a parenting or teaching role to develop an emotional connection with the child that helps the child learn about emotions to foster their ability to understand and regulate emotions.

This program has proven successful in improving:

• manage your own emotions during parenting challenges

• support your child’s emotional regulation and behaviour

• ways to build a closer, more respectful relationship

Delivered in English, with additional support for Pashto, Urdu and Mandarin-speaking families during English sessions, ensuring inclusivity for multicultural communities.

Sessions are delivered in person or online.

6 sessions （1 hour each） and includes a certificate of completion.
