Tuning into Teens （Ages 10+）

This program is an evidence-based parenting program designed to strengthen the emotional connection between parents and their teenagers. This program has proven successful in helping parents establish stronger relationships with and a greater understanding of their teenager’s emotions.

This program has proven successful in improving:

• stay connected during the teenage years

• strategies for communication, boundaries, and emotional support

• tools for creating a calmer, more respectful home environment

Delivered in English, with additional support for Pashto, Urdu and Mandarin-speaking families during English sessions, ensuring inclusivity for multicultural communities.

Sessions are delivered in person or online.

6 sessions （1 hour each） and includes a certificate of completion.
